Driving to the Asamblea

Santa Clara University is located in the heart of Silicon Valley just 5 miles from the San Jose International Airport and about 35 miles south of the San Francisco International Airport. The campus is easily reachable from U.S. Highway 101, Interstate 880, and Interstate 280.

The whole campus shares one address, 500 El Camino Real, Santa Clara, CA, which will take you to the entrance of campus (and is best way to reach Main Parking Structure).

Arriving By Taxi/Uber/Lyft

If you’d like to be dropped off closer to Benson Memorial Center which is where general plenary sessions will take place, you can request to be dropped off at 2705 The Alameda (Kids Campus Building), which is right across the street from Benson Memorial Center.  In general, drivers cannot be successfully navigated to on-campus buildings so guests will have to requet pick ups from nearby locations.

To park on University-owned property, every vehicle must have a valid parking permit visibly displayed between the hours of 6 a.m. and 8 p.m., Monday through Friday.  A permit is not required on Saturday, Sunday, or University holidays. Daily permits are available from the Main Gate kiosk, which is located at the University’s main entrance. However, if you indicated you require travel support, you may pick up parking permit during onsite registration.

Recommended parking lot during Asamblea Nacional in the Main Parking Structure in the middle of campus (Central Parking Structure).

The parking structure can be accessed from the main entrance of the campus.

For More Detailed Directions:

Santa Clara University has a very helpful website that provides walking directions within campus and even directions inside buildings, which can be found here.
