Travel Support For Invited Allied Organizations

NDLON is committed to making travel to the conference more accessible for allied organizations or individuals. NDLON’s travel stipend provides funding to financially assist individuals and organizations striving for worker and immigrant justice to attend the conference, learn and network with other activists, and bring these skills and strategies back to their home communities. The stipend will help cover:

  • Travel Support (in form of reimbursement up to max. Amount TBD)
  • Meals & Lodging for duration of conference

Please note that approved travel support will be issued after the conference, so travel costs will need to be paid up front.

Travel support will be granted to people without access to personal funding or organizational support for conference expenses, who would otherwise not be able to attend the conference without funding assistance.

Please note that we have limited funding to provide registration and travel costs, therefore we cannot offer support to everyone who applies. NDLON fundraises for the entire cost of the conference, including the travel support, and we will use our limited funds to bring as many people as possible. Preference for groups will be given in order to increase your ability to bring acquired knowledge, networking, and strategizing back to your communities, but individuals are encouraged to apply.
