For Members

Travel support is available for NDLON members that meet the criteria below.

Eligibility

To be eligible for member travel support, NDLON member organizations must:

  1. Register for Asamblea by FRIDAY, JULY 21, 2017
  2. Have paid 2016-2017 membership dues. If you are not sure if your organization has paid dues, please contact finance@ndlon.org.

What Does Member Travel Support Cover:

NDLON will cover the following for each eligible member organization:

Travel: Travel reimbursement – up to $800 maximum ($400/person). Reimbursements will be processed AFTER Asamblea.

For up to 4 delegates:
Lodging: Will be provided at Santa Clara University dorms for a maximum of 4 nights. Check in will be August 21st, check out will be August 25th. Rooms will be double occupancy shared with another participant of same gender in dormitories with communal bathrooms on each floor.

Meals: NDLON will provide breakfast, lunch and dinner during days of conference: starting with breakfast on official first day of program, August 22nd and ending with lunch on day of departure (Friday, Aug 25).

Costs for Additional Participants

If your member organization wishes to bring more than 4 delegates, it will be your responsibility to cover costs. The following are approximate costs per person:

Ground Transportation (for Member Organizations that are not local):

For member organizations considering ground transportation, travel support differs (case by case basis). Please contact Lorena Gamboa-Martin for more details.

Local Member Organizations in Northern California:

If your member organization is from the Bay area and will not require lodging during the Asamblea, you may bring up to 10 delegates per day. It is still necessary to register.

Board Members:

NDLON will cover all costs for board members.
